Sh 5 lag inside sub

I'm encountering a terrible mouse lag when I'm walking around in my sub.
However, when I am outside the sub, everything runs smooth.
Sh 4 runs great with every setting on it's highest, no lag at all.

I'm wondering why Sh 5 is lagging so much, and only inside the submarine.
Is Sh 5 so much more demanding on your hardware than Sh4?

Yes I did. I thought that would fix it, but it didn't.

Do you use a gaming mouse that came with its own software, maybe that has/needs updating?
I really don't know what else to suggest, sorry.

As was I, but doing the River Dance up & down my boat has put a stop to that for me.

No it's not my mouse

It's not that I can't play the game at all, but the lag just kills the whole experience

I guess I can always just stay at the observation post where I don't have a lag
and just admire the ocean

it runs a bit better now. Not exactly smooth like Sh 4,
but at least it's playable now. I guess I'll just wait for the release of a
next patch. Maybe that will fix some things.

, I installed such .dll and now I can rule the amount of FPS (of course just decreasing the amount of FPS) and therefore decreasing the load on the CPU/GPU

There is an activation for the keyboard...where is that exactly?

Apparently is possible to check/feel the difference (moving at the same time the mouse pointer) by pressing on the right of keyboard between windows and the Ctrl, but for me is no difference because before I was getting 60FPS, later I set the max FPS to 35, but the game still is running smoothly everywhere
