[REQ] Chronograph continuous sweep second hand

The stopwatch in sh4 is a real immersion killer for me.

I believe the first watch with a quartz movement was the Seiko Quartz-Astron 35SQ, introduced in 1969. I would expect the vast majority of mechanical watch movements to have a "continuous sweep" second hand.

I'd love to see this mod, or be pointed in the general direction of how to go about modding it myself if it even sounds doable.

A mechanical stopwatch would 'tick'. I think the game watch combines the uses of both time piece and stopwatch.

Click on the link for the real deal. It does appear to to have a ticking movement.

That's showing what I would expect (a sweeping second hand, rather than the "once per second" tick as in sh4).
