A Question about Mods

I was looking through the mods page and some questions and decided to post it here and in the SHIV area for a better response chance.

Where is JSGME at so that I can download it?

What is (your opinion) the best mod for SHIV UBM and where do I get?

I use Trigger Maru Overhauled (TMO), and have been happy with it. The other large mods are Real Fleet Boat (RFB) & Game Fixes Only (GFO). I'm sure there are others but tbh I haven't really kept up with deveopments.
There's also RSRDC which modifies the campaign such that movement of ships are more accurate historically. There are versions for stock & major mods like TMO & RFB.

These mods should be available in the Subsim downloads section.
