Good news.

However as to prosecuting the pirates who attack warships, any lawyer can avoid criminal charges against them, due to them being unfit to stand trial due to mental illness or defect.

Nice. They need to be allowed to use summary execution on pirates, though. Catch em, and hang em from the yardarm (old-school, by hoisting them up, no neck breaking).
