Stealth Patches?

Um... The below picture I just took because I was/am trolling through all the directories looking for ideas of things to mod. It looks like several patches have happened already? What gives?

Could they be the launcher patches? , I've had a few of them.

In fact those are files dealing with patchs of waypoints.

Nothing to do with the one we are all waiting for ^^
