[REQ] Crew Casualties / Replacable Officers

One of the thing I really liked about SH3 was the possibilty that gunfire from an aircraft / enemy ships could injure or kill crew members. It gave you a greater urgency when you hit the crash dive button.

One of the things I really hate about SH5 is that you seem to all live or all die -- and Officers are IMMORTAL and never get a scratch it seems.

In terms of realism I think this needs addressing.

I would love to see a list of replacement officers with their own personel files and back grounds to chose from...or failing that just the odd crewman getting shot up a bit. lol
