Default Navigation Dials in menu_1024_768 ?

[I asked this question in a thread in the main SH4 forum, but it seems more relevant here.]

Because I can't hide the HUD on my laptop (no numpad, not even a virtual one), I went looking for a mod to make the navigation dials smaller. This is necessary because the dials block the Antiaircraft portion of the crew assignment page.

I found a nice mod by Longam ("small nav tools with chrono" found here: http://www.longam.net/downbelow/sh4_v15.htm) that reduces the size of the nav dials. However, the mod conflicts with RFB, particularly by overwriting the latter's TBT and binocular graphics (and probably other things).

Longam's mod contains the following files:

data\menu\menu_1024_768
data\menu\GUI\layout\NavigationTools.dds

Can anyone tell me how to port the smaller dials information over from Longam's mod into RFB? I assume that this will be a matter of copying certain entries from Longam's menu_1024_768 into RFB's, but I don't know which ones.

In short, which items in menu_1024_768 pertain to the speed, compass, and depth dials at the bottom right of the HUD?

Thanks!

1 Did you try Fn+. on numpad?
There are several mods that remove the console as a slide-up., and remove almost everything else also.
