Yes indeed

One quick test run few weeks back i thought i was cruising along the new york skyline

Obviously i turned mipmaps off in ccc

Not looked into it, but wouldn't that be a totally silly little niggling thing that should of been tested for in alpha/beta stage ? lol

Is this something you are fixing, or something you would like fixed? Is this a WIP or a REQ thread .

Your not seeing the mipmaps.
Your seeing the edges of the 3D objects that trees are made of.
The DDS files use an alpha channel to hide things.
That box is supposed to be hidden.
It may be a Shadeing or lighting problem?

Not sure as yet.
I did look at the dds files to see if there was a slight mistake
with the alpha channel.
It appeared OK.
I'm finishng up the zon thing for S3D and uploading it.
Then I'll look closer at this.

I can find no problems with the GR2 files.
Many are just copies of the same file.
(A bit of a waste)

The dds files are fine.
I'm still not sure of the Shaders and such.
That's beyond my learnings at this time.

I seem to recall the same issue in SH4 a ways back?

I never had much time to mess with SH4 so I may be wrong.
But this does ring a bell for some reason.

Default Amateur Night!

I guess this kind of error is indicative of the Devs being in a hurry?

I don't think that's the stock version of SH5 you're talking about.

About the trees, the same question, is that the stock version ?
