Default On a scale of 1 to Lawsuit....

Well ive just been larking about with some of sh5s meshes both interiors and the sub exterior models, and they look lovely imported into sh3, so on a scale of 1 to lawsuit just how annoyed would ubi be if i released what has just taken me an afternoon to make/steal??

I don't have a problem with it considering Ubisoft putting out an unfinished game.

Their the ones imo who should be worried about a class action lawsuit.

Seen as they expect Modder's to finish what they started I cant see them shouting about this so put it up I will download it for sure.
That would be the only reason I would buy SH5 is to do just that.
but Im still too angry I picked it up in my local PCWorld but threw it back down
in disgust

Seeing it is for personal use and also non profit, I believe they would be supportive.........The only problem I see is that SH3 will look and perform so well that it may become the new SH6 and the only thing your team ends up with is a "thank you very much guys" from the company.

Before this thread turns into something unwanted ... I'm closing it.

I'm not against what flakmonkey is proposing here, quite the opposite. But in my experience it is better to approach this things with more discreetion and ask the proper questions to the correct people.

Flakmonkey, shoot a PM to Neal and comment him this. He might be able to talk with someone at UBI if the company has something in their policy that would mean causing problems to you.
