Why the Peri is always up in historic missions or when starting a new career as so far I started on surface.

Then it came to me. It's the UZO also.

The UZO was removed before dive, it was only placed on the tower in preparation for a surface attack and not on normal surface patrol.

That and the OBs scope is already up by default

Thats what I meant.

That is the UZO view.

There isn't any UZO in game. If it is I'd be happy to see it.

And there's no key for it I could find.

Ah, now I get it. You are wrong. The watch officer is manning the UZO, you can access it by simply pressing the UZO (it is right there

).
