Default Gain few more FPS on NVidia

After an hour of trying I found what I wanted

If you are having slowdowns in te sub, despite shadows turned off.
And if are ready to sacrifice the AA (personally I think it doesn't add much to the graphics of latest SH at high-res) for the gain of 5-7 fps. I know this is not much, but...
it influences gameplay in the control room also, whole interior runs smoother. For me thats enough of a reason as I get only 10fps there. ALWAYS.

All you have to do:
1. go to control panel > Nvidia control panel > 3D settings management
2. choose program settings tab, and add SH5.exe to the list
3. u will see three settings regarding AA - switch AA mode to off

That's all. Somehow the game does not disable AAcompletely if you choose to in game settings.

I'm happy with that solution, hope this helps you too

edit: settings above may not be literally the same you will see, I had to translate them from polish

I got even 3 more (great success!) by disabling vertical sync the same way. No matter I was not using it earlier

Now it's up to 13-20 fps instead of 9-11.

Well, all you need to do is just adjust maximum overall AA allowed in "Global setting" from "2x" up to "xx" . Same goes with anisotrophic filtering etc. There are also much more tweaks for better performance, just read description and tweak them.

I had already tweaked every setting, thanks.
But none of them seem to help, no more ;P

...then I should be satisfied with what I get now.

Default "She canney take anymore Captain!"

Thank you for reminding me to do this, it did help alot acually I also have overclocked my Processor in the Bios (not recommended) and increased voltage to the Memory. This makes my less-than-minimum requirements sytem actually make the game playable

Also to make the game playable it's quite some list of Mods I'm building up already though
