Major Problem!

Put SH3/GWX back on my puter after quite sometime away,running SH3Cmdr as well,loaded up some mods that I last ran with GWX3 and know that work ok,
First patrol went well,only short,just to get me used to the control's again
Started up the second patrol to just get her in a good spot for the start of the war and what do I find,My TypeVIIB is sporting a TypeIIA turm? And nearly all the sensors are destroyed,oh.....and the turm is facing the wrong way!!!
The only things changed between patrol 1,and the start of patrol 2 was an increase in renown(Hate that system)Sorting out my crews attributes using SH3Cmdr.and buying an Turm emblem.
What has on earth gone wrong! SH3Cmdr is set for auto rollback,so its not that,what could make that happen,first time Ive ever seen it happen
Any ideas?
