Is star trek legacy any good?

Is star trek legacy any good? I read some reviews and most were not steller to say the least. I want to give the game a try but i don't want to get burned. I hear the playing interface sucks on the game too.Maybe with a few mods some of this can be fixed..

To me it was a huge disappointment, but I was coming from a Bridge Commander background. To put it short, Star Trek Legacy is pretty much like the multiplayer battles of Star Fox 64 for the Nintendo 64, with Star Trek theming.

If you can find a cheap copy of Bridge Commander somewhere I'd say give that a try instead, with the Kobayashi Maru mod.

Its looks friggin great but is this an mmorpg with guns? They usually fail.
