It was a pretty kick ass show. I used to watch it when I was younger. I think it would be a cool model.

Ha! that thing was like an underwater city. But hmm ya that could be cool, quite a modeling undertaking for sure. Anyone have any good side/front profile pics of the dsv?

I really liked SeaQuest. It would be cool to see an SH4 version. Wasn't it mentioned on the show that SeaQuest was over 1000 feet long? For some reason that figure comes to mind.

Yup. I remember thinking, 1000 foot sub my ass. Good show though, until it got really weird.

Yeah when they replaced Roy Scheider with Michael Irons the show went downhill.

I like Michael Ironsides as an actor, but I agree, when they replaced Scheider the show went downhill. I also didn't really care for the episode where they made his character be somewhat of a bad guy. I forget what the episode was about but I remember him commanding a dinky little SSN (when compared to the SeaQuest) with other dinky little SSNs. I remember thinking something like, "Would they really still have those kinds of subs around in an age when they had the technology to make something like SeaQuest?"

It would sure be strange to be in a sub that would technically be bigger than Yamato!
