Is there a small mod?

Is there a small mod that works with GWX 3.0 that allows for more than one man to be qualified at the end of each mission or is it hard coded to just one?
Seems silly to spend a month at sea and only one man can be qualified on a return to base.

I wouldn't call it a small mod. SHCommander 3.2 will do what you want and a hell of alot more.

It's a standalone mod that just about every serious GWXer uses.

Yep, Commander will let you give as many medals and badges as you like. It will also give you an endless variety of crew names, let you have a historical-length career if you like, give historical names to the merchants you sink (along with cargo and crew information), make you prey to malfunctions and sabotage (if you want), and let you adjust a great many in-game parameters (like wave height, gun reload times etc).

It's the single most important addition to the game, no matter what mods you're using.

i usually do one shakedown trip of a few hours, upon wich return i give all thequalifications i want in SHCommander XD
