I just reinstalled SH4 after hearing from OM

ONly what do I need for it to work.

plus I like to use the wheel scope thingy (OLC's)

Other general questions after reinstalling and on my 1st patrol in about 1 year.
-How do I stop the men from reloading the torps, I can't find the selector box.
-How to activate the special abilities.
-And how does the crew management work. I started a new german career IXd2 boat but the crew slots are filled, I can't believe they had a full damage control team sitting around doin nothin for the whole trip. same with the gun crews. So what is the deal there?
