Hi; I am creating some new ships that will possibly have both national flags & house flags (and signal pennants). I have been wondering what the protocol was for merchants displaying flags at sea.

Was the national flag supposed to go on the mainmast, a jack at the stern, or somewhere else?

Thanks; I have been getting conflicting information.

just run the convoy intercept missions and fly over them with the free cam, its the easy way to see how they were set up and what if any variations they used
