Seems these women did not realize that the only thing that would ensure they recived a kiss from any man was if he was drunk as a skunk.:rotfl:

Looks to be around WWI times about 1914-15(could be late 1900's I suppose) no wonder alot of americans joined the French Foriegn Legion or went up to Canada to fight in WWI Id rather fight the Hun than deal with those women.Those french uh ladies dont care if ya drinks the bit a whiskey good for business.

But you have to remember back then the 'standards' of beauty were a bit less... uhhh... idealistic.
