External surface sub marker

Hello everyone, Happy 4th!, GBA, I was wondering if anyone has the mod for that on-the-surface sub marker I remember

seeing somewhere. I'm using GWX 3.0, and I know it will reduce realizm, but sometimes you just want to have fun playng fox and hound(s). Oh, also, do you know any Light water mods, so I can see the DC's that are going to pound me into a pulp. Again, thanks to all and have some BBQ & beer & take your kids to see the big chrysanthemums in the sky!!
