Default Getting Sea Sick

Morning all,

Just a quick note to say thank you to all your posts, I have really learned alot scanning them.

I recently deactivated OM due to the way the ships sink, same thing over and over, no explosions,

Back to basic Uboat missions, but now have an issue on the american side of things, when I play, my boat rolls back and forth side to side so bad, I cant stomach being on the deck, it rolls so much the conning tower almost hits the water, never did this before.

Also, could someone explain how I can make specialtly designations to my personnel, Ex damage control, or watch, specialties.

I ask because it seems that when I activate damage control, nothing happens.

Thanks to all of you

About being seasick...the game designers did warn about this when they released the game. I haven't experienced this, but from what I hear, its not a very pleasent experience.

What mods have you installed... Someone has fiddled the sub COG (centre of gravity) parameters, which causes the sub to roll like you've described...
I've never had a sub roll like this, even when side-on to the waves.

I've had this before, when I first installed SH4 it wasn't there then after I started installing and unstalling mods it just happened.

I put it down to the fact I was using the main copy and was trying mods out and I guess something must have changed when taking various mods in and out. And no I wasn't clever enough to create a backup or another copy of the main directory

Uninstalled and then reinstalled and run TMO/RSRDC and RFB/RSRDC with no probelms.
