Is it at all possible to turn up the volume in the cfg or some place if one can where & how(Thankyou in Advance) to the gramophone as it is very difficult to even when I have the volume knob up full in the options

I don't think that is possible. The only solution is to increase the volume of the music files in the gramophone folder.
