An individual crewmans efficiency rating. (not compartment)

Hello everyone, just this quick question that has been driving me nuts for a few days.





The efficiency stat when you hover over a individual crew member, what is it?



For example Efficiency 9/17 (+14) <--what are those numbers?
I assume, Current / maximum possible (bonus) But from what?


How is this one figured / max possible for that rank? (If it's a bonus then from what?)

Or am I just totally off track?

Basically. I thought it was based off of a skill ratio for the individual for that compartment. I don't think it is though, I haven't been able to make the numbers add up.

I'd love to know the same thing also.

But i wouldn't get too fussed with it mate, crew management seems to be fairly bugged in sh4. Not only can you not add officers because of some stupid notepad glitch, the efficiency of the crewmen seems to go against logic.

Even if you got the point of efficiency, you'd probably run into the same problem as myself where you can not add or even change any crewmen.

Current Efficiency / Max for that character (based on his skills) (bonus)

Max efficiency is calculated through his skill set taken into the context of the compartment.

The bonus is received from two sources:
- compartment leader on duty ( receiver gets 1/2 of skill difference IIRC)
- officer on duty in command room (receiver gets 1/4 of skill difference

But where does Leadership come into play?

Maximum individual efficiency can be calculated via my crewmanager. For RFB these results are fairly acurate. Calculations for TMO and stock are soon to follow. [/end comercial]
