[REL] No Morse code

In GWX with German voices, the Morse code before the Radioman announces new
message sounds good, but after I heard it for many times, it became a bit
annoying. This mod removes the Morse code.

Install via JSGME.

Use the Das Boot Sound Mod. You'll hear the "Message recieved" sequence from the movie.:p
