Default [REL] S-boats in port

With help from Ducimus, I've come up with a scenery mod for all you Sugar Boat lovers. I've added docked S boats at Dutch Harbor and the USS Canopus with berthed S boats between Manila and Cavite. I've also adjusted the Submarine School files to take you out of that Porpoise class boat and put you in an S boat, just like if you were in good ole New London! Depending on the popularity of this mod, I'm thinking of adding subs of different classes to most if not all of the sub bases and tenders. Anyways, enjoy!

S-Boats in Port (JSGME compatible)

Just curious, I'm trying to work out a German campaign mod, and if I add these, are they going to attack with flak/deck guns?

However, they are just as good as eye candy and targets if just sitting ducks.

I never did check to see if it was a stock ship or part of TMO.....I might need to look into that. But, I cant take credit for the tender, I just added the unit the the mission file.

I'm currently trying to work on the placement of the sub tenders. After I get that sorted out, I'm going to move onto the placement of the fleet boats. The ultimate goal for me it to make the volume in port close to realistic as possible. Meaning, if you enter Brisbane on 20 Oct 1944, there should be a close to accurate count of tenders and subs there. I have to get my hands on a complete set of patrol reports to do that though....and that might take me a couple months.

But, in short, I will probably release a small beta version sometime this month.
