Introducing:

The Electronic Cipher officer (ECOPTC)

The ECOPTC is a program that can convert a plain text message into enciphered text. And, of course, the reverse action - decipher an enciphered message. The ECOPTC uses a simulation of the CSP888/889 (the coding machine that was used on US subs in WW II).

Totally awesome! I can't download it because my computer is in the operating room under the knife with open power supply surgery. It's expected to be back on its feet by the end of the week after I get a warranty replacement from the good people at Rosewill and I'll download this to go along with somebody's excellent graphic simulation of all the German WWII enigma machines. Without my computer I can't even link to it! I'll edit this when I get my computer back.
