Hi to all,
is there a way to create a discrepancy between the torpedo explosion I see and its sound I hear? Even if I watch a torpedo hit 3,000m far, I get the explosion and the sound at same time! This applies on surface and at periscope depth! ![]() thanks! |

Hi!
I think that only way to make some time delay between explosion and sound wave is edit expolsion sound file with any wav editor software and add digital silent at beginning of soundtrack. Shakatan

Just remember. The sound underwater travels much more faster than in the air.

Iirc (someone of the GWX crew said) it wasn't possible to make variable delays of sound to be played based on distance. Only fixed delays. So it would still feel weird.
