Little black triangles spoted on the horizon !

Yes well this seems to be my problem as of late and try as I might cant get rid of the little buggers. I have a nvida card, using 16km GWX mod, these two things are the only thing I can think of that would cause the problem. But if anybody has a clue, I sure would be thankfull

it really kills the realism. Oh and by the way all you people who work on the mods for SH 3 just want to say thank you for all your hard work you make this game for me. Especially the Gray wolf team, besides the little black artifacts on my horizon I am loving it!!! Thank you. I have SH 4 but I think I will stay in the atlantic for now! thanks in advance for any ideas or advise.
