i faced an attack of two heavy bombers which destroyed my attack periscope . i managed to escape and after having reach my grid patrol here's what i see coming right in front of my uboot

i began to depress but i ended the patrol with 47000t finally it's not so bad i'll torpedo them next time

If my attack periscope is destroyed I'll continue a patrol using just my observation periscope. If they are both destroyed, I have no choice but to return to base.

everything or almost everything was destroyed on the deck i didn't had time to watch the two quadri-motors names which attacked me but their attack was quite impressive

It is possible to attack with hydrophones only. Just calculate speed as normal, get the operator to follow the contact, set up your solutiuon and fire when the bearing is around whatever firing angle you choose. Try to fire 5 or so degrees before he reaches the target point as the hydro bearing seems to come from amidships or the rear of the ship.

i see there are still experimented Kaleuns patroling the Atlantic , that brings my morale up
