Can we get more accurate bearing error between Position Keeper and Periscope

What I mean is the read ability of the difference between Position Keeper predicted target bearing and the Periscope watched target bearing. I guess we can not hope use a device directly display the bearing error value. So if there are any way to show 2 bearing more precision by display on a concentric circle, or using text display side by side.

Also what I want ask is the range error althought not as important as bearing error in SH4 for we can get it by instantaneous memory (some difficult).

Without the high precision way to get the bearing error, we can not got the max advantage of the Position Keeper. I guess in real submarine, they at least can get a 0.5 degree precision. But in SH4 we need wait too much time to see the bearing error than in real war.
