atlantis flag change?

how do i change the flag on the ship. will changing the flag affect how other ships see me(will enemys still fire upon me at lst sight). and will changing the flag prevent my crew from firing upon another ship?

The flags for the Commerce Raider are in the /Data/Sea/NAMC folder (NAMC_T01, etc.). They are part of the ship's texture file.

The side you are on is determined by the DefSide.cfg
and how your ship is defined in the Roster stuff.
Place it in the German Roster, your Axis.
Changeing the Flag will not help.
It's the roster that controls this.

so changing the flag wont affect the enemys outlook on me? can i change this roster between game play(like save the game, change the roster file, load the saved game and will it change roster?)
