b) Not sure how to respond to this. Oviously sarcastic but the fact that there is a context for understanding the sarcasm is a sad commentary on the U.S.

c) The comments on Britain seem sarcastic as well but once again there is a context for them.

d) A funny, but insulting, look at both nations.

Could have been very funny, like alot of US humour.
A reasonably sound idea, but,
The delivery and execution is of an average American standard.
And America is so very average.

I like being average. From a phycological perspective, average is the most buetiful thing to you brain. The 'average' as you say is what you find attractive in women for example. The chick with the most 'average' features is the hottest chick walking the planet! Take facial features for example. Ever notice that? Of course not, but a phycologists will tell you different. You are preprogrammed to look for averages on a genetic level. Seems you must Really Really like America! :p Hahahaha!
