Installation order for mods

just a quick question about some mods for SH4, I've finally put it back on the PC and I ordered the D2D Uboat missions. The mods I am going to be using are Trigger Maru, Run Silent Run Deep Campaign, and Operation Monsun. now I know I should put OP Monsun on last, but should I put Trigger Maru on first or RSRDC? Also does any one know of any interoperabuility issues with the said mods, I remember having TM before and I think I had RSRDC but Monsun will be new to me. Also, does anyone know where you can get the Reflections on the Water camera mod, the one that lets you move the camera around the boat ect (instead of the invisible wall when you get too close) Thanks.

I'm using those also and installed RSRD after TMO. They really add alot to the stock game, great job to all involved!
