But wait, I thought there were no guns in London?

Oh - I forgot! Only law abiding citizens have no guns in London and are at the mercy of the criminals with guns! :p Somehow, someone here will try and twist this into something resembling Americas influence and gun laws are affecting the UK, and that is the reason this is happening in the first place. I just know it!
