Basically, it's a Peer 2 Peer sharing scheme, or PC to PC sharing. The theory behind it means that the more who share, the faster you get it. You need a 3rd party application to utilise this.
We give players this option when they have limited bandwidth or download speed. So 56k people don't struggle to download huge files. Also, with this technollogy, you can't get a corrupted download, 100% promised.
