1st Flotilla move to France?

I am starting yet another Type IID career. The only Flotilla in the early war that can get these boats is the 1st. What year do they move to a French base? :hmm:

Base0_1=751;Brest
Date0_1_0=1941
Month0_1_0=6



And the 1st flot IS the only place you can get the IID
From early 41 for around 6 months there were a few in the 3rd flot before they were used as training boats
