Default Deck Log Template??

Since I began playing DID, I've been keeping a pen and ink patrol log. Unfortunately, they never seem to be longer than a few pages Currently I'm just using a 3 ringed binder and ruled paper.

Does anyone have a template for a more authentic log? I tried searching this forum (log is too short of a word) and online.. A word doc. would be great too.

Thanks!!

Here are some english translations of German logs. Originals are out on the internet, but I haven't been able to quickly find them.

I cooked mine up in Excel. See here: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...363#post810363 . It's nothing fancy, but lets me keep track of the info I want. Like you, I just keep it in hard copy in a binder.

Canovaro has a Captains Log, among other good stuff, under his page at the below link. It is down loadable. Link is worth a look...

I also cooked up something simple in excel (2003 and 2007 formats), click on my filefront link below my sig and take a look. SH3 Patrol Log Editor by JScones comes with an Excel sheet for importing to his program that has data preset, take a look at it as well. http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=133102

Thanks for all the suggestions!! I'll have to check the file front when I get home since work blocks that

I'm running patched vanilla and have never loaded the commander. For some reason SHIII just barely runs on my 3 year old Dell.. Maybe my next cpu will handle more..

Using some of the examples, I played around with some clip art, German translators and came up with a better patrol log than just plain white paper..

Thanks again!!
