[REL] Wolfehunter's IX Series Final Skin + Templates

Hello submen. I have here the finished IX skins waiting for you sea trials. Again similar to the VII series final these don't have rust or camo. There basically template for those who would like to enjoy a clean U-boat or make there own versions.

I've use the same colour from VII Series,
