We are a start-up modding crew, founded in Germany, working on a huge modification for SH4. In this thread we would like to present our goals, show the current progress, introduce the managing members and do some “modder head hunting”. ![]() These are the main Atlantic Sharks SH4 Modding Crew goals: - Create a WWII Atlantic U-boat scenario (like in SH3) in stock Silent Hunter 4. - Use all technical improvements (for example: graphics, campaign structure...). The overall progress of the project is at 5% at the moment. The forum language is English and international users are welcome. We are also proud to present our interesting ranking system. Just as in the Kriegsmarine, you start as a “Matrosengefreiter” and get promoted -historical correct- by participate in forum activity. Every active Member gets a personal banner for his signature. Members with surpassing commitment for the project will be honoured by receiving decorations. So hurry up and make an effort! ![]() As I mentioned, we are a start-up modding crew and we are looking for modders who like to join our team. We could use help in nearly every area (2D graphics, 3D graphics, coding/scripting, sound…). So if you like our idea of a “SH3 plus”, don’t hesitate to sign in our crew! These are our administrative members and their function: - Elbfischer (Großadmiral, Founder and Moderator, working on 2D graphics) - Fischii (Generaladmiral, Moderator) - Topliner (Admiral, Moderator, working on Sounds) Here are some important members our crew: - MatzeEsn (Steuermannsmaat, holder of the bronze uboat-badge, working on uboat models and campaign) - Diving Duck (Matrosenhauptgefreiter, working on ship models) - Kakemann (Matrosenstabsgefreiter, working on campaign) We don’t have a proper project manager yet. WOW!!!!! This could be the best thing to happen to SH4. I would love to get back into the Atlantic with one of my beloved UBoats. Keep us updated to your progress, and I sure hope you get a bunch of qualified modders working with you on this.
