This is what I recommend (super mods not included):
Open multiple tubes mod - manual editing
German Flags
German Awards
1.4 Stock Waves for 1.5
Das Boot Music
Other German speech additions/fixes
No U-Boat hydrophones on surface
Missing .dsd for NCA_Deutschland and NKMSS_HogIsland/SH4_1.5
German Officer Hat
Typ IXD Bubbles
Typ 34 Destroyer

You'll have to search for the exact threads.
