Has new add-on tweaked any US remaining bugs?

I'm out of town and haven't picked up 1.5 yet. Does it resolve some of the remaining little bugs on the US side;
i.e. diving plane graphic glitch,
capsizing spy rubber raft (but they still keep paddling),
incorrect collision noise for rubber raft,
starting every saved game at "all stop" and losing the nav path until you tell it to 'resume course'.
OR
is it just all u-boat eye candy?
Just curious.
