abandon ship option ?

hi was wondering if there is a way that abandon ship option could be made as a mod because there were times when you could abandon ship it didnt happen often but there were times like the tang and other circumstances

like in the movie submarine command with willam holden as he says when there attacked by shore batteries and says through the 1mc all hands abandon ship carryout demolition orders and then abandons ship when everyone is out
