Bulbs burned out on my sub.
 Seems that question has been asked before but to no avail.  Since it is added to the subs and does not work I'd say it was one of those many things the DEV's left behind.  Not sure if it could even be modded?

I'm guessing you mean the light on the Porpoise's sail, port side? Is that a search light or a signal lamp? Looks too small to be a search light.
