uhhh, why is Clinton tracking people and their politics using a health care system?

Here is a quote from the above article:

I agree. There is a lot of skeletons in the closet concerning these two. Funny how it was said none of the files will be released until after the election. This did not raise hairs on anybody. It sure did on me.
