Default Error with a Mod

Ok, here is the Error, I finaly pinpointed it: The game crashes every time now at 2130 8 December 1941. I have checked all the radio mods for events that happen then and couldn't find the problem there. I'm out of ideas.

AppName: sh4.exe AppVer: 1.4.0.0 ModName: sound.act
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00001dd3

Not sure what this is but this is why SH4 has been crashing on me shortly after a mission start, within probably 5 minutes. I am running it on XP now with a Intel DuoCore 2.8, 1G Ram, NVidia 8800GTS 640meg

Mods running are: ROW, RFB, and RSRD; all installed with JoneSoft Mod enabler in the order required by the Mods. I have run out of ideas and I really don't want to uninstall ROW but I think that is the cause. If anyone can help I would be VERY greatful as ROW is by far the best I have ever seen.

I think I figured it out. its in the radio mods. Apparently there was an entry in the events log pointing to a sound file but it didn't have the file extention on the end of the line. I fixed that and no more crash. I just need to make sure there's no more of those in there.

I know it wasn't one of mine, as I check them with this:

Just out of curiosity, which radio mod was it?
