Default GWX2.0,a maxspeed problem?

GWX2.0,I just run into a Granvill-Type Freighter, the manual said its maxspeed is 9knots,but this guy get a speed of 10knots,why?Is there anything wrong?

PS:I used 100% realism and no "god eyes",I can confirm its maxspeed have some problem.......,because when i set 9knots in the TDC,the torp hit somewhere behind
it,and set 10knots,the torp will hit the target in the middle.

I am not certain but it may be that the game interprets
the full potential of 9 that is to say 9.9 is the last parameter
before 10 and if doing 9.9 then the solution would be more
as it would be for 10 than it would be for 9

I am not certain but I think I ran into it before and that was
the conclusion I drew, It seems to make more difference in
manual shooting vs auto shooting.
