sobers super mod questions

I just activated the sober super mod and was wondering if the reflections on water mod was included,my water looks the same as it did before.Is the row mod better?Also what mods are in the super mod?And 1 more question the fire is better in the stock game is there a way to keep everything else and just go back to the original fire in the stock game?
