I prefer the original Pacific Princess

Today she's still sailing under the name "Pacific"

Back to your ship: I'm quite disturbed by the two funnels and their position. Looks like something's missing. In case you plan to add a third (dummy) funnel and seeing a French flag I'd say you're building the "Normandie".

Default Good!

Mush Martin first via PM ^_^
Buhring first via thread!
Jmack ok, Rex! Conte di Savoia had different parts (behind)
BRAVI! Well identified

a older photo, with the first modification, show if it is similar:

what do you think about this?

ps now i look at Aquila link; Normandie is nice, woof, but difficult to rend ^^

Damn that was an Italian flag (I'm colorblind and thought it was a french flag...) and you even wrote above it's Italian Well it's late and I wouldn't have known the ship anyway. No prob with the Normandie. Since she didn't see service in WW2 anyway it wouldn't have been practical to put her into the game. Keep them coming!

Hi!

The ocean liner in the photo with the B-17's is Rex, on the mission where then-Lt. Curtis Lemay was trying to show that intercepting an ocean liner meant U.S. Army bombers could perform coast defense missions.

My guess is "Rex." - one more for the Italian fleet!

Just FYI:

in case you don't know the site yet: http://www.simplonpc.co.uk/
It features pictures and a little history of a large number of ocean liners and cruise ships. Little technical data though. But very interesting to look at.
