Saved games disapear (Fixed: Mod related)

Hello all,I am having a problem,I have just installed a mod for SH4,and once I go into SH4 and click on load,my previous saved career games have disapeared,any reason why? and any way to get them back?

Heh,this super gun mod v1.0,just wanted to see how its like haha,but uninstalled it after i got wore out,but was fun,but doesn't matter now,I didn't like the place i started,and the boat I got:P hehe! Thanks for replying though.
