Default Need help with Recognition Manual

Sorry for the stupid question, but where the hell is the data for the length in the recognition manual?

All I have is the Mast Height, Draft, Tonnage, and Speed of the ship.

Here is a link for a printable Imperial Version, it includes the length.

I don't have a printer at home.

So, how can they expect to know the length of a ship if it isn't in the recognition manual?

Print it off at work

If you have Adobe, you could d\l, open, and just record the ships lengths onto a pad or something, here is the link for both Imperial and Metric:

More work for you, but at least you will have something for when you need it.

Thanks, I'll be using that PDF, I guess.

Also, does sending Range and Bearing to TDC work at all? I try to send the information obtainer by sonar to the TDC to update the information, but it resets my data. What am I doing wrong?

Yeah, I know it bites not to have it in the game, I thought I saw a mod that added length and took away another value here, but I could not locate it earlier.

To be honest, I am not sure with regards to your second question :hmm: Maybe someone else will see this and answer that for you

The lenght in the game rec manual will come, I already tested it and it works.
The only problem is that when you check your logbook (k) it also says ... Maru length 150 m.

But better something then nothing.

Drakken, sending bearing and range from sonar to TDC does work. I use the command buttons at the bottom of the screen all though you can click the actual switches on the sonar station.

Take a look at WernerSobes Advanced Firing Solution Tutorial... http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...light=tutorial

I set the speed and AOB then activate the Position Keeper. Go to sonar and continue updating bearing and range until your happy.
