Open Hatch mod problem

Basically my Type7 subs lose there radio man and hydrophone man when its installed,they are at there station on the crew sheet but if you click on the headphone icon they are missing and if you try to send a message or ask for a phone sweep you get nothing:hmm: strange thing is this problem dosen't affect the type9's which is only a single mod install,the type7's have a dual install,openhatch 1.01 and then peri-correct or peri-stock,oh and once when it happened there was a black void not a nice detailed open hatchway

any help with this would be greatly appreciated.thank you
